Where's the offer?!

We were told an offer was coming on our house...offer, where are you? Please come visit me soon.

We have a meeting with the realtor tonight to discuss this alleged offer. It would be nice to actually see the offer before we sit down with these people to discuss it. No, wait - that's asking too much. Adam assures me he has done enough research to be able to ask the right questions.
