We found a great house! We might be nuts but we're going to go ahead and buy it, even though ours hasn't sold yet. Looks like we'll be eating a lot of ramen:)
It's in Springboro and is a pretty basic house but the layout is perfect for our family and the neighborhood is so wonderful. We had an inspection today (thank you Kevin) and it's in great shape. It needs some cosmetic work but nothing more than that. It's perfect!
We are scheduled to close on May 4th. We'll be painting and possibly carpeting before we actually move it, which will be in mid-May.
